New Algorithms to Image Cells Without Lenses

Lens-less imaging is a new form of microscopy. It uses computers to interpret the complex signals produced by diffracted light, rather than conventional lenses. New methods for implementing these ideas have produced high-resolution structures of micron-scale objects, including cells and macromolecular complexes.
