Yaneli is a chemistry major in the class of 2026 from LA. She is focused on biosynthetic cysteine protease inhibitors like E-64 and evaluating samples for structural characterization of protein complexes isolated from the cellulolytic bacterium Clostridium thermocellum. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, playing Sudoku, and baking.
